Master George Buruian and Diana Azrikam of the new Alpha Krav Maga Compound in Northbrook, have decades of combined expertise incorporating Krav Maga, Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, and more. Their styles are alike, but each brings their unique spin on defense and fight scenarios. Both are black belts in Krav Maga and Tae Kwon Do. Before being inducted into the Master's Hall of Fame, George was a member of the Romanian National Tae Kwon Do Team, the Olympic Team Coach and professionally fought in MMA. Paul and Bernie Ambubuyog of Top Level MMA in Niles were high school sweethearts and now happily married. With an impressive skill set of Escrima/Arnis, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, MMA and so much more, they manage a growing set of students and classes from Kids Mini MMA to some of the toughest grappling and sparring sessions around. Their BJJ program is affiliated with the Redzovic Brothers, of Gracie Barra lineage. Speaking of legacies, their expertise is being passed down to the next generation of Ambubuyogs. Their 3 children (adorable, and also forces to be reckoned with) are well-versed in martial arts and award-winning competitors in their own right.
